Something To Shout About
Sheila Jacobs
Jane and Heather are reunited and decide to try and re-invigorate Heather's church, which has fallen on hard times. They arrange a 'Save our Church' campaign along with the help of a friend's brother who happens to be an environmental campaigner. The campaign is a disaster and Jane and Heather realise that they didn't pray to God about the situation and cared more about what they wanted than about what God had planned for the situation.Jane and Heather also learn that you can worship God anywhere and that the church is not a building but it is a group of people worshipping God together.

Do you feel as if you just want to shout at people? Jane is doing some shouting of her own! Back in her old home town of Gipley Jane meets up with her old friends Heather and Heron. Heather's mum has a slimely new boyfriend, the church is about to be closed down and Jane is writing her last Sandra Richmond story. Then the girls decide to spear-head a "Save Our Church" campaign. But they need help. That's where Woody and Wingnut come in. Who are they? They are Gipley's very own environmental campaigners. Soon the girls are up to their necks in banners, slogans and campaign strategies. Jane and Heather find themselves in one mess after another. If it's not a full blown protest on the church roof then it's a forbidden party at Heather's mums. When things get really out of control it's only then they realise that they have forgotten to ask God for his advise. But has it all gone too far?
