Tim Hawkins has been a youth pastor in a local church for over 25 years. He is currently the youth pastor at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Castle Hill, in Sydney, Australia.

Tim's passion is to see high-schoolers become fervent disciples of Jesus. He oversees the "Crossfire" youth ministry at Castle Hill, and has produced a number of resources for growing disciples in your local church. His "Making Young Disciples" studies are the leading disciple-making materials for Junior High, and his book "Fruit That Will Last" is changing the face of local-church youth ministry in many countries.
